The rest of 2010 in a flash

This post is not going to be in order at all. But you will all still get the idea of our year.

Keegan and the other boys helped me pick all the pumpkins in our garden. It was a really nice day out and we had a lot of fun. We had a lot of pumpkins too.
Little Keegan trying on Dad's motor cycle helmet.  The boys think this is super cool.

Little Keegan helping out with breakfast on our family camping trip up in Idaho City.
Keegan helping me out in our Garden. We had a really big garden this year, but then I didn't do much in it because of morning sickness.  It sure looked nice though.
I had lots of little helpers helping me when we redid our downstairs. Here is Keegan helping paint.

We had lots of baby calves this past year.  The kids loved to go out and help, in the warmer weather that is.
Here are Keegan, the calves and the kitty, Tiger.

Here is Keegan Stiring up milk for the calves.  The kids even named a couple of them. One's name was Christmasy.
Trey and Keegan sliding down the slide at the park in Adrian, during one of Chase's t-ball games.
Cute little Keegan snuggled up on the couch with his tiger snuggly guy and his milk.  I'm sure he fell asleep watching a show.  His favorite thing is milk and a show.  He doesn't always get it which makes him really not happy, but it's his favorite thing, especially when he is sad.

When the cousins came to visit, they all got in the dirt and were covered from head to foot.  Keegan looks like a dirt boy.
Laura standing by the Vietnam Vetrans memorial in Washington DC.  She is the nicest sister ever to bring me to this fun place.  We had a great time.
Aunt Laura helping little Keegan back down the hill at one of our many Dutch Oven Dinners up behind Bowens home.
Laura and he massive slice of pizza on our trek to find the metro going to our hotel one evening in Washington D.C.
Lisa, Trey's back and Keegan at Regan's baby blessing.  She was super cute and we had a nice time all together as family.
Lisa and Leslie when we went back to Washington.  We started of in Baltimore and Leslie picked us up.  We had fun. We went to this Awesome ice cream place and then we played games.  It went by way too fast.  I wish we could have spent the week with her and then a week in Washington.
Trey, Lisa and Chase at Strawberry Daze in Adrian.  The kids played at the booths.  We got cotton candy and icee's and the jumped in the jump house.
Keegan and Mom at Grandma Johnston's house.  It doesn't look like he really wants to be in the picture.

Sterling and Lisa on our 8th Anniversary.
Lisa and Chase. Chase is showing off his missing teeth. Silly kid!
Keegan and Lisa at Grandma Larsen's house.  With his shut eyes it doesn't look like he wants to be in this picture either.

Lisa and Trey at the Larsen family reunion in Provo, Utah.  What's he looking at?

Dad and Keegan just chillin in the living room.

Here are the boys at Easter with all of their loot.  We've started doing something that I really like. The Easter bunny hides the real eggs and some eggs filled with things that tell the Easter story of Christ's death and resurrection.  We read that before we go to church. After church the boys have another egg hunt to get some candy.

Here is Chase on his first day of First Grade. His teacher is Mrs. Martin.  He wasn't too happy to go to school this year, as you can probably tell from the picture.  By the end of the day he was really excited for the new year.

Trey's first day of pre-school this year went really well. He was pretty excited to go. His teacher is Miss Krissy. He goes to school great and seems to like it. I have found that he never will finger paint with the kids though. I don't know why. Maybe he doesn't want to get his fingers dirty. Silly guy!

Sterling turned 30 in 2010.  We threw him a big suprise birthday party.  I turned out to be a lot of fun. We had lots of friends and lots of cake, and food.  It was a fun time!

Chase had his sixth birthday this year.  He is really starting to become a big guy.  We had a tractor cake that he thought was pretty fun.  Chase is a super nice helper.  He helps with everything and he is always the fastest to help.  He loves to be active and do anything where his little body is moving around.  I think he would rather not stand still, ever.  He is a nice friend to have!

My 32nd birthday was this year.  Grandma Johnston helped the boys suprise me with a cake and presents, which was lots of fun.  Sterling took me out to Olive Garden and a movie.  It was a nice birthday.

For Halloween Grandma Johnston let the boys take some of the pumpkins home from her Garden.  We had small pumpkins in our garden and she had big ones, so we did a little switch.  The boys filled up the wagon with small pumpkins and then traded them for big ones.

Silly little boys love to play outside.  It's always nice when they play nicely together and it's fun to see what their little imaginations will come up with.

On Sunday's after church we always go over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for lunch.  This is the boys favorite spot to sit when we go over to eat.  They sit on the window sill, with their feet on the bench, and it's the perfect height to the table.

The boys like to sit and watch a show together.  Here they are in their little chair's eating chips and cheese and watching something intriguing.
.
Keegan and Chase are nice little friends. I just loved this picture of them standing together outside the Stake Center.

Picnic's are always a fun thing we do in the summer time.  They boys love it!

Dress up time happens daily at our house. We get lots of pirates and cowboys, but we also get some silly creations as well.

This year the boys played in the bouncy house at Strawberry Daze and just loved it.  It was really hard to get them out of there.
The fourth of July this year was on a Sunday, so we celebrated on Saturday.  Chase was supposed to be in a parade on the 4th with his baseball team, but since it was on a Sunday we decided to have our own little parade with the family.  The kids decorated their bicycles and threw candy and had a really nice time.

Keegan fell asleep during the first parade that we had, so we had to have a second parade so that he could get some candy throwing in as well.

The bunny incident started when Sterling brought home a jack rabbit that had been washed out of a sprinkler pipe.  The boys dried it off and we stuck it in this little red tub to recuperate.  Later that night Sterling and I were watching a show and heard a noise.  Apparently the bunny was feeling better and jumped out of the box.  Those things are fast.  We couldn't catch it.  The next morning Sterling had the grand idea to let the cat in the house while we were at church.  When we came home Chase went downstairs to find quite the massacre.  It was a mess. Poor kid! I'm glad I didn't have to see it.  But, it was quite the talk of the boys to everyone for quite sometime.
I took this picture of the boys while we were at the Larsen family reunion in Provo.  We were in a park and found a nice door that led to someone's backyard.  It was the perfect spot to take pictures.

Here is little Chase showing off his two missing bottom teeth.  He ended up losing three teeth in 2010.  The fourth one almost fell out, but just missed coming out before the new year.

Quite the random picture of Chase.  He was at Grandma Johnston's house and decided to dress up like rudolf the red nosed reindeer.

The spring concert for the elementary school was all about the wild west.  The kids were able to dress up as cowboys and had a fun time doing a country dance and singing songs.
We were at Grandma Larsen's house for her birthday and the boys and I made her a birthday cake.  It turned out to be pretty cute.

Chase at the school pep ralley.  Chase does not care for the noise at all.  I didn't realize it until he was in Kindergarten and his teacher told me.  Another teacher said we must really have a quiet house because he doesn't  like noise.  I just laughed because he is the loudest kid at home.  Apparently the noise of the pep ralley was just too much for him and his teacher took him out of the gym.  Silly kid!

We colored flags and the boys planted them in dirt in the our sippy cups.  They looked really nice.

Chase played t-ball this year.  It was his first year playing on a team.  He was a little leary at first.  But he caught on quite fast.  We practiced with him a bunch and he was hitting the balls in no time.  They had coach pitch ball and then if the kids couldn't hit the ball they would use the Tee.
Here is Chase posing in his T-ball outfit.  The games where he hit the ball and we were in town, we'd go out for Ice Cream at A&W.  It was a lot of fun.
Chase's mighty team of little t-ball players.  We had some really good players on our team.  I'm glad there are enough kids who want to play, so that we can have a team without traveling very far.
Chase just peeking over the edge of the couch.

This year Sterling helped the boys make a corn maze in the corn field next to our house.  It was pretty fun and the inlet was right in our very own backyard.

The Larsen family reunion was really hot this year.  We were all baking in the sun while the boys waited their turn for the fish pond.  They sure enjoyed it though.

We played pictionary at the family reunion also.  Here is Laura with her game face on and ready to draw.

Here are my mom and dad at the family reunion.  I thought this was just a really nice picture of them together.
My dad with his brothers and sister.  The empty spot where my dad's hand is, is the hole for the other sister who wasn't there, but on a mission with her husband.

The twins both wore green to the reunion. At least we both didn't wear green stripes.  We matched anyway, and I guess that's ok.

Laura D and Chase just hanging out in the shade.

The boys are cooling off and getting a drink at the fountain.  They also had fun with the leftover ice.

Trey giving Grandma Larsen a hug after she opened the card he made for her at her birthday party.

Grandpa Larsen and Laura just hanging out on our couch waiting for Chase's birthday party to start.

Grandma Larsen and Keegan eating food at Chase's birthday party! YUM!

Grandma Larsen and Trey talking and waiting to eat at one of our many dutch oven dinners.

We had a big water day when we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Larsen this summer.  The kids and Grandma played softball with a sponge and water and then they had a huge water fight.
The boys love to play catch with Grandpa Larsen.  They also took turns hitting the ball.

The boys and Grandpa also took time to play some frisbee. Sports with Grandpa are always fun!
We had an Easter Egg hunt when we went to Grandma and Grandpa Larsen's in March.  The boys decorated some brown paper bags and then they went out for the hunt.
